The Salyersville Water Storage Tank Project replaced a failing 200,000 gallon water storage tank with a new 500,000 gallon glass-lined bolted steel tank. Summit’s services included funding assistance, design, construction administration, and resident inspection of the project.
The project began with a study to determine the most optimal and cost-effective location to build the new tank. Ultimately it was decided to construct the new tank on the same site as the old tank. The water supply line going to the tank was also replaced.
