In 2021, Summit prepared Construction Plans and Specifications for the KY Splash Water Park’s Expansion, which included a topographic survey, utility design and parking lot design. Amenities include an RV Park, Bath/Shower ouse, Rental Cabins, Pavilions, water/sewer and electrical extensions, Swimming pool with Pool House, Softball/little league complex with Press Box, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, volley ball court, expanded fishing pond, splash pad, additional water slide structure, walking trails, playgrounds, and utilities. The project went out to bid in November 2021. Construction is anticipated to start in March of 2023.
