Once called The Academy Building, this building was built in Pikeville, KY around 1885. Summit’s services were retained for the building’s renovation. The renovation project was designed to turn The Academic Building into the City of Pikeville’s City Hall. The renovation brought the 8,000 SF building up to current building codes. The building functions as a modern city hall.
